An Open Letter to our Friends and Associates

These trying and unprecedented times with fearful headlines, panic-induced reactions and increasing uncertainty have given us an opportunity to reflect, as individuals and as a company, on the things that are most important and how we can safeguard them. Since our inception more than 20 years ago, Essential Formulas Incorporated (EFI) has been dedicated to promoting pro-active health with the highest quality products, sound business practices and the concern for the welfare of our extended family of customers and business associates. We would like to reassure you of the steps that we are taking to reinforce our commitment as we go through this period and into the future.

EFI has always adhered to detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as part of our cGMP policy. All of our employees, as well all of our suppliers, are expected to adhere to these safety and standard operating procedures. Naturally, the FDA and CDC guidelines for personal hygiene - including thorough hand washing, disinfecting of all surfaces and equipment plus state-of-the-art filtration and purification systems are utilized in the manufacture of all of our products. Each and every lot of our product is meticulously analyzed and tested to ensure the purity, quality and absence of harmful materials per our stringent specifications. Additionally, there is clear expectation that for our work family, personal health comes first and we require anyone who exhibits flu-like symptoms to stay home and consult with a medical professional. Furthermore, whenever any employee has children that are exposed or who have symptoms, we encourage that employee to stay home with their children and seek competent medical care.

In order to minimize any potential disruptions of our product supplies, we have increased all of our inventory levels and will continue to maintain these higher levels as much as possible until the threat of shortages or other stoppages are resolved. We appreciate the support that all of our customers have given to us and our products. We recognize the benefits that these important products provide in maintaining overall health and especially supporting the immune system - we are eager to ensure that these products are readily available for all.
